Tai Chi & Nature Guide
Sara Baldwin
Sara is a Level 3 certified Chen Style Tai Chi instructor with over 10 years experience helping people connect to their innate life force energy (chi) for better health, vitality and wellness.
Since a child she has had a deep connection to the natural world and has always felts its healing power. Being an advocate for environmental protection, she spent 5 years as a volunteer Wildlife Warden on her local nature reserve, protecting and surveying habitats and leading nature walks.
In 2024 she underwent a pilgrimage to Giza, Saqqara and Abu Gorab, a deeply transformative initiation into the ancient Mystery Schools of Egypt.
Since then she has trained as an animal communicator, a Shamanic Practitioner, a Dragon Mage, and is currently studying The Way of the Wild Soul Shamanka at The Glastonbury Goddess Temple.
She is also a photographer, writes poetry about her awakening journey, and brings many years of experience of embodying subtle energies, sharing spiritual insights and connecting with the wisdom of nature.
Sara's joy (and mission) is to empower others on their own transformational journey. She runs regular tai chi classes and workshops, leads guided walks in nature, organizes trips to sacred sites and hosts soul expanding meetups and retreats.

As a medical doctor, intuitive, and energy practitioner, I combine the precision of science with the transformative power of intuition and energy-based practices. Drawing on my expertise in biology and medicine, I integrate astrology, radiesthesia (dowsing with a pendulum), and information and energy channelled from higher dimensions to craft individualized approaches that help you transcend old limitations.
My goal is to guide you toward higher-frequency timelines where healing, manifestation, and growth unfold effortlessly, empowering you to embody your fullest potential and create a life of alignment and expansion.
My expanding perspective and cosmology led me to learn additional methods of vibrational healing, through courses offered by the Vesica Institute. I am also a student of BioGeometry and have completed the Foundation and Advanced Training. Additional knowledge and experience include Radiesthesia (Dowsing), Astrology and Medical Astrology, reading the Akashic Records, and my learning journey continues.
