Join us as we gently step into five magical days of deep communion with the wisdom of nature guiding us as our mentor and companion. Nestled in the heart of The Forest of Dean, this immersive experience invites remembrance of our belonging to the Earth as an embodied soul of conscious awareness.

As we slow down and tune into ancient rhythms, we will explore the meeting point of stillness and movement, body and soul, breath and being.

Each day unfolds as a gentle dance between the five senses and the four elements — earth, air, fire, and water — guiding us to align with the natural harmony of creation.

We'll go wild walking in the forest, inviting reconnection to our rooted presence in the land, listening to the language of trees, and feeling their grounding energy.
